4 wins and 2 draws for the Teams this weekend but the most important game ended with the 1sts only drawing 1-1 iagainst the bottom side Manzah.

After taking the leade through Soren's opportinistic finish Manzah came back with a well struck free-kick which went in off the crossbar. However straight from the kick off we were back in front when a pass from Sylvain found Jakob who squared for Sigve to volley home. Great move. Then 2 events which probably turned the game . We were awarded a penalty which Captain Darragh saw  well saved and then shortly afterwards we lost Sylvain to an ankle injury. In the second half they equalised with the defender missing from the post. We were awarded our 2nd penalty just minutes from the end and this time Club Legendary Goalscorer Sigve stepped up but to everybody's dismay he put a lame shot wide of the post. Many people remarked that this was reminscent of Diana Ross's penalty at the 1994 World Cup !! A disappointed team trudged off as this was a missed opportunity to put daylight between ourselves and the bottom two.

2nds followed on from last week's good performance with a much needed win by 1-0  over Bousval Genappe. Ollie Smith was again the scorer and we could have made it more comfortable but were happy to seal the points .

3rds were up against Les Petits Jaunes and came away with a 1-1 draw. We played the better football but couldn't finish them off. Our goal was an OG after a perfect cross between defence and keeper from Nicholas.

4ts got another great win by beating Amicale Press 2-0. Captain John Sparks bagging both goals. All round great performance with everybody contributing. With Vets 1 not having a game Vets 2 were able to play on the top pitch against ITT 3. They made the most of it running out winners by 5-2. A special day as Ian McConnell ,the Club's oldest evry player was able to join us as he recovers from a recent strolke. Alan Norton did the honours in volunteering to be the referree. We started brightly wih Carlos opening the scoring and this was closely followed by a second with David M Rubio crossing for Dave who setup Oscar to tap home. They got 1 back to make it difficult but after spurning further opportunites i     .
